XBMC
After many long years of waiting and anticipation, XBMC finally brought their amazing Media Center app to the iPhone and iPad, and it works quite well. Rather than bringing a skimpy mobile version of XBMC, their dev team decided to bring the full experience to the iOS devices. The app loads in a reasonable amount of time and has all the add-ons and skins found in the original.
On the front end, the app looks great and plays videos like VLC media player would on your iOS device. It's nice to be able to enable scrapers and information for all your movies and TV shows right there on your iPhone/Pad. TV Shows, Movies, Photos, and Music all streaming to your iDevice also work well and attach to your existing network infrastructure.

I can say this application is the most downloaded one from Cydia. It is a sort of pop up window that contain tones of toggles ranging from WiFi toggles to your brightness settings. You can even download extra toggles to add to your collection. You can choose any of the default themes pre-loaded or you can download from Cydia itself.
Infinifolders
Available in Cydia at $1.99, Infinifolders is a great tweak by chpwn (developer of Infinidock and Infiniboard) that allows you to bypass Apple’s limitations of 12 apps in a single iOS 4 folder. With Infinifolders you’ll be able to put inside a folder as many apps as you want, choose the color of the scroll bar and even paginate the folder.
It’s a very useful tweak, recommended to jailbreakers.
iFile
A full-featured and great looking file manager for iPhone and iPad. Constantly updated to support the latest version of iOS and powered by a great icon, iFile lets you navigate through the iPhone file system like the Finder does on OS X. You can create and delete folders, copy and cut files, play songs and videos with the built-in media player, basically do anything you want. You can also fire up the WebDAV server and upload files to your desktop computer. If there’s an app that shows why you should jailbreak, that’s most certainly iFile.
